Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Color Me Beautiful . Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits will go toward your total service balance. * No deposit = no appointment reserved. Cancellation Notice * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations made after this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy * Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. * Future bookings may require full payment upfront. Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. * Late arrivals may result in shortened services while full service pricing still applies. Same-Day Appointments * Same-day cancellations are considered last-minute cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. Guests & Children * For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, please do not bring extra guests unless being serviced. * Children not receiving services should not attend appointments. Hair Preparation * Hair must be properly prepped before your appointment unless a prep service was booked. Payment * Remaining balances are due at the end of the appointment. * Accepted payment methods: Cash or Apple Pay ONLY Respect Policy * Mutual respect is important.
